About Me
As an herbalist, I am passionate about using the power of plants to reach your health goals. I am a graduate of Dominion Herbal College (4 year Clinical Herbalist Program) and a member of the Alberta Herbalists Association. My love for natural health has been with me my entire life, and I would like to share the world of herbal health with you.

My interest in the natural world, history, cultures, and health has naturally led me to the herbal path. I love to blend historical wisdom and modern scientific knowledge, which brings out the greatest potential in natural medicines.

My greatest inspirations stem from the holistic systems of the ancient world (Greece and Rome), the alchemists, and early American herbalists. Combining all of these beautiful and effective traditions with modern knowledge allows for the greatest potential of healing.
My Philosophy
I believe that health needs to return to its roots. We live in an age where health problems are not being heard, and people are not receiving the attention and care that they deserve. There is a lack of communication and understanding which is crucial to achieving great holistic health, and I wish to be part of the movement which changes this.

I believe that every person has different needs, and therefore every person must have a unique health plan. This is why I believe in full consultations, holistic evaluations, and herbal formulas that are designed exactly with you in mind.
